2018
How the company got its start
New legal entity PROJECT GROUP HOLDING COMPANY LLC was incorporated in May 2018 with a view to consolidating businesses and organizations engaged in project, construction, and engineering within the Russian Federation, harnessing state-of-the-art equipment, technologies, and software products. PROJECT GROUP HOLDING COMPANY LLC was established in an effort to manage the existing assets efficiently, undertake corporate governance, and develop a group of companies.
2019
Business expansion
PROJECT GROUP HOLDING COMPANY LLC is involved in projects in its capacity as General Designer and Contractor. Branch openings in Voronezh and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The expansion of regional presence brought it closer to the key Customers and enabled a prompter response to new challenges in pursuing its tasks.
2020
Participation in international projects
For the benefit of GASTRANS d.o.o. Novi Sad, PROJECT GROUP HOLDING COMPANY LLC is working to assess the technical integrity of a gas pipeline under the Main Gas Pipeline (Link) Bulgarian Border – Hungarian Border Project.
The Company also renders maintenance and engineering services at the facilities of Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd on the island of Sakhalin.

Collaborating with PJSC GAZPROM
Direct contracts with PJSC GAZPROM group companies. PROJECT GROUP HOLDING COMPANY LLC is involved in design and survey under the projects of subsidiaries and other group companies of PJSC GAZPROM in its capacity as General Designer and Contractor with regard to PJSC GAZPROM’s new gas distribution network facilities and infrastructure assets.
